Monthly Audit

We often overestimate what we can do in a year and underestimate what we can in a month.


Here's what you can do to set yourself up for a great month.


Print this sheet and get yourself a pen (and maybe a cup of coffee or tea). I don't drink either but I like a glass of warm water. Anyway, this isn't about me :D Below is short list of questions you need to answer for yourself.


Pro tip: Challenge your answers before you confirm them.


  1. At work, what is the one goal I want to prioritize this month? (eg: increase the number of leads for my business)


  2. Which activity can have the highest impact to achieve the above? (eg: improve content creation or tying up with a partner)


  3. How would I know if I have been successful at this at the end of the month? (eg: 20 more leads or 1 signed client from new source)


  4. To be successful at this activity what do I need to achieve each week? (eg: 60 cold calls)


  5. To be successful at this activity what do I need to achieve everyday? (eg: 10 cold calls)


  6. What is my plan for a day I miss targets? (eg: set goal has room for buffer)


  7. How do I intend to celebrate this win? (eg: coffee date with self)


  1. Personally, what are 2 things I want to make time for this month? (eg: school pick ups or workouts)


  2. What can I set up in advance to make the above more likely?
